I travelled witb UAT for 12 days 10 nites..a journey full of fun and laughter.

The crew were helpful and very friendly. They took good care of us..making us feel that we are part of their family.

We were invited to have a home cooked lunch at the CEO Mr.Ejaz Ahmed house..what a meal…itcwas the best Pakistani we haf.

All food served during the journey was delicious..in fact we have no time to feel hungry.

I will definitely recommend to all my friends to choose your company when they need to tour Northern Pakistan.

Keep up the good service

I have just spent some time exploring Northern Pakistan with UAT. As a western solo female traveller, I felt very well taken care of and got to relax while I enjoyed the fantastic experiences that this part of the world offers. The hotels were great, the planned activities interesting and challenging, and the landscapes breathtaking. I’ve loved the Autumn colors, the delicious food and the wonderful Pakistani hospitality. I arrived as a stranger and left with Pakistani family. I can’t recommend the UAT company enough. I have invited my all friends and people from all around the world. If you are planning a trip to Northern Pakistan then you must choose the UAT company.

Overall, the trip was awesome. Northern Pakistan was the best, with a wonderful view and panorama. The tourist guides were competent at handling Golden Team members, assisting, and escorting them. The ratio of one tourist guide to four members is commendable.

However, a few things can be improved:

1. To avoid member dissatisfaction and management bias, a private group must remain private and not merge with another group.

2. The shopping period was short and hurried. More time should be allocated.

3. Business should be treated professionally. Internal problems should be solved internally not sharing with customer. 

4. Before flying, distribute a proper itinerary that includes all the places and times to visit.

5. Communication channels could be improved.

Generally the best. However, it needs to be streamlined from the following aspects:

1. Two groups need to join in order to increase brotherhood. Needs to be stated from the beginning needs to be united. Taaruf sessions should be held as early as possible at KLIA. Plenty of free time.

2. Daily movement must be specified where to stop praying and specified in the tentative itinerary.

3. Eating while in Hunza, especially lunch, is quite questionable. Shouldn’t be given the answer when asked, “we order, depending on whether you want to eat or not”. We all do not know if we are not told beforehand.

4. Every journey begins with a doa.

5. The goodbye session needs to be streamlined. It is good that we shake hands while praying for the prophet instead of singing together.
